Changing Quantities
In order to change a quantity of an item in your cart, simply hightlight the amount with your mouse and type in a new amount. Be sure to recalculate after you change the quantity.

Your order subtotal will always appear under the search engine in the left navigation bar. Staples.com offers free delivery if your subtotal is $50 or more.
Checking Out
After you have everything you want in your cart you’re ready to checkout.
If you’re registered with us, you’ll need to:

For your Staples.com order paid in the store at the register, an extra day is added onto delivery due to order processing in the store.

How will I know if Staples.com received my order?
Once an order you have placed for delivery has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. The confirmation will contain the expected delivery date, your shipping address, your order number and any other chZIP code. If there are any problems with your order that we need your help to resolve, we will contact you by phone. If we can't reach you right away, we will contact you by email.

Receive an order confirmation email. A Staples Ship Center Order is an order placed at a Staples Retail Store and shipped via UPS. You can track this order through Check Order Status with the UPS Tracking Number given to you at the Staples Store.

The call center associate will gather all the necessary information from you and notify your local store. The store requires at least four hours from the time they are notified to collect your items and bring them to the service desk. You can pay for your items when you arrive at the store to pick them up.

After you order your cart, you will see a page confirming your order with the option to save it as a custom list. When your order is processed, you will receive an email confirming the delivery date and taxes.
